Roadtrip to Norwich!
This past Thursday, seven of us piled into a van and drove up to the great city of Norwich. Dogface Improv was kind enough to invite our group up to come perform at their long-form night.
After a three-hour trek, that mostly consisted of playing improv games in the car, we made it to Jurnet’s bar. We were able to catch the tail-end of a jam & see a great performance by Bendy House.
We received a spectacular welcome from an amazing audience and, after a quick Armando, did our WildCard format. All-in-all, we played for a whole 45-minutes. Highlights of the performance include:
- Boardgame trama – did you know you could get PTSD from Hungry Hungry Hippos?
- A Christmas Banana – our answer to a Christmas carol featuring ghosts of green, freckled and big black bananas.
- The journey of Steve and his favourite Tamagotchi
- Whipped pudding
- Turboman
- A can of Iron Brew
- Russian salespeople and Tamagotchi murderers
- The wise Mr Miyagi
- Other craziness
If the above list makes no sense to you, then come check out one of our shows and all will be made clear.
Special thanks go to the great people of Norwich, Dogface Improv for the inviting us to be one of their first visiting teams and our very own Simon for driving there and back in one night. Special apologies go to the lone petrol station attendant who we paid £42.18 in nothing but coins (despite it being legal tender).
Enjoy some of the pictures of the night below!

The only Canadian that was kicked out of his country for being too polite. He is incredibly loud and protective of his bike.
